9 Questions to Test Stress

  1. Do you take up all responsibility at home and office on yourself ?
  2. Do you blow up easily ?
  3. Have you lost your sense of humor ?
  4. Drowning in “to do” lists ?
  5. Do you frequently make a ‘big deal’ of everything ?
  6. Have you gone through a traumatic experience recently ?
  7. Do you find yourself complaining all the time ?
  8. Have you become rigid, thinking that your way is the only way ?
  9. Do you simply find yourself incapable of coping with daily life ?

If you have answered yes to five or more of the above questions, you may be letting stress get the better of you.

Stress Management and  Relief tips

  • Speak to family and friends and ask for help.
  • Eliminate toxic relationship and jobs.
  • Divide work in manageable chunks and concentrate on one task at a time.
  • Priorities tasks and put in less effort for low-priority jons, avoid spending energy on unimportant tasks.
  • Delegate responsibility and get outside help if needed.
  • Reward yourself for accomplishing things. Acknowledge the work you put in and give yourself a pat on the back,
    instead of immediately rushing into the next task and creating more stress.
  • If long vacations away from work stress you out, take frequent short breaks.
  • Your body is your temple – eat sensibly and exercise as much as possible.

    join at least one of these activities in the proximity of your waiting for? However, they just manage symptoms and help you regain your center , so as to be able to tackle the real issues.
  • There is absolutely no shame in seeking professional help.
  • Experience the magic of saying “no”.
  • And finally, in every stressful situation, take a second step back and think -  is it really worth getting myself in that state? What’s the worst that can happen?
